Continuous Quality Control is maintained throughout the machining process. Engineering design changes made after machining has begun will be managed and documented quickly and accurately.

Fully tooled Inspection Room:

• 24” X 36” surface plate flat + .0001
• Starrett 14” optical comparator with QC-2000 digital read-out system with edge detection
• Mitutoyo height gauges
• Brown & Sharp Cadillacs
• Mitutoyo digital micrometers – accurate to + .00005
• Gauge block set .050” to 4.000”
• Plug Gauges to 1.000”

All with current calibration certificates. CMM inspection available upon request.
